The idea is to find out what's right for you. Some styles are so generic these days, and many stylists don't offer or explain alternative options to clients.

My theory is to keep it simple, while educating on the do's and don'ts of proper care, which is different for each person.

 

What can you do about damaged hair?

I try to promote "hair awareness." The idea behind this is to avoid products filled with chemicals and damaging heating and curling devices. With the right cut, it's not necessary to use these excessively.
